JVM requirement

In order to use NSIPS, user should be having Internet explorer version 5.5 or above. JVM should be enabled in the browser and if merchant user doesn’t have JVM installed in the system then system will display a message to user to download JVM in the system for smooth functioning of application.

In order to check whether Virtual machine is installed in the system or not -

Open Internet explorer and then go to Toolsà Internet options à Advanced

Then below page will be displayed

If none of the VM is displayed here then User requires installing Sun JVM. After installing Sun JVM user can verify from “Control Panel” whether Sun JVM is installed or not. In “Control Panel”à “Java Plug-in” icon will appear and after click on the icon below screen will appear. Please refer below screens in which Check boxes required to be enabled.
